Alabama’s first professional soccer club is calling on high school players across the state to get ready for the upcoming 2025 season with LegionFIT!

Led by Legion FC Head of Sports Performance Dan Barlow & Legion FC 2 Head Coach Carlo Schiavoni, LegionFIT will provide comprehensive training regimens to give both high school boys and girls a taste of what it takes to achieve their dreams of playing at the professional ranks.
With a focus on development, technical training and injury prevention,
LegionFIT will provide participants with:
– Athletic testing & functional movement screening for:
- Speed
- Agility
- Power
- Strength
- Injury risk
– Special programming designed by professional coaches for each player to continue training on their own
– Pre-game/training nutrition planning
– Injury prevention seminar by UAB Medicine along with optional physicals that are required by Alabama high schools to compete in the upcoming season
– A commemorative LegionFIT t-shirt
