2024: Logged a personal-best 1,926 minutes across 32 appearances. Came on strong late in the season with an assist in three of the club’s final four matches of the season (10/6 vs North Carolina FC, 10/19 at Indy Eleven, 10/26 at Oakland Roots SC).
2023: Signed with Birmingham on February 8 and would immediately find his footing with the club in 32 appearances with 22 starts, including the final four matches of the USL-C season and the ensuing pair of postseason matches.
PRIOR TO LEGION FC: Originally from Cape Coast, Ghana, Mensah made his way to the United States to play collegiately at Campbell University where he was named Big South Freshman Player of the Year and earned All-Conference First Team every year from 2019-2022. Was drafted 74th overall by Real Salt Lake in the 2023 MLS SuperDraft.
